Boxing |
A great class for the beginner to intermediate participant utilising boxing combinations with focus pads and gloves, skipping and body weight exercises. This class will increase your fitness and strength.

Circuit |
A military style workout for everyone which uses a variety of outdoor circuit equipment (sandbags, weight plates, dumbells, bosu, medicine ball etc), body weight exercises and intervals (run/walk). This program will challenge you physically and mentally. The ultimate calorie burner. |

Running |
Our trainers offer running technique applications to help you become an efficient runner and to improve on those fun runs, corporate events, pain in the domain & triathlon run times. Become a better runner by joining us to do some intervals, hills and race simulation work to sharpen you up for the coming events.

Ever wanted to know what track running is like? Come and join us to focus on building consistent times. A running track never lies about times, it's exact and can assist you to predict your race and fun run times. Focus is on running technique, race simulations, interval, speed and pacing programs to help improve your running fitness and times. Elite marathon and 100 metre event runners all train on the track so come and try it. |
